Im gutted this week, I maintained
Ive been losing every week up until now.

I really thought with all my dancing (6hrs non stop) last weekend I'd have burnt some extra calories off. I hardly drank as well.............. GUTTED

But at least I didnt gain, I suppose thats a good thing lol

lizz if you did that much exercise it might show next week, as when you doing more than normal activities, your body retains water

i lost 2lbs.. finally i lost some weight haha

Lizz, don't be upset, Di is right, when you exercise more, your body retains the fluid so it won't dehydrate. So if you drink lots of water that rebalances that issue!!

I lost 1/2 KG - which is 1 pound in your weight currency. I am bound to put it on tho, cos I had fish and chips for tea!!

GAH!!! I only need to lose a stone and a half. But it's so bloody hard!!

Lizz it will come off next week i bet............but maybe the take away was to blame lol.

I lost 6 this week, i am really happy with that as i had 2 full days of eating bad stuff then i had a take away as my reward for losing 3 stone lol.

yes l did, and l should have text back but totally forgot!! Can l just ask you what make/network is your phone on, coz when my phone plays up, and you text me, all my texts come through altogether which is really weird!!
