Dudes i am so happy do you know thats 5lb short of 3 stone in 4 weeks and my offical weigh in was the monday so lets hope i shift the 5lb this weekend lol.

I lost another 1lb this week

Its still coming off slowly (unlike Tasha's lol) but at least Im going in the right direction LOL

Yeah when I did WW years ago, I lost quite a bit during the first few weeks, then it was 1lb here, half lb there.
Im just happy its coming off & not going on LOL

Yeah its for this weeks as I already have yours entered for last Saturday

I gained another lb but its special ladies week !!!! LOL and lets not forget
the chip shop burger chips and ice cream I had on sunday !!

I am going to be extra good and try get in lots of walking from now !! something needs to be done !!!

am really pleased as it's been my time of the month too but the first week always seems to be the most loss, have been good and drinking 2l each day and having my 5 fruit and veg etc, also earned 6 extra points for gym work so used those for my choccie

i used to as well but have been buying the 2 litre perfectly clear stil lwater and make sure i have the full bottle each day - have to go to the loo a thousand times though !

I bet !!! I must make myself drink more.. Ill try harder from tomorrow

l'm finding l am weeing LOADS more than l used to!! Have increased my water intake but also think eating more fruit and veg helps a bit on the water front doesnt it?

yeah there is lots of water in fruit !!

I have a cuppa tea now.. its 8 am so thats a good start LOL!!!.... Ill try drink lots of no added sugar squash today...
