lost 5lb again this week woohooooooo.

Im a little disappointed this week. Ive drank loads of water, ate really well & have done loads of walking.
But.......... Ive maintained again

The only good thing is, I haven't gained. So thats a bonus. But I really felt like I'd lost this week. Although, I have bad pmt at the moment so that may be the reason I didnt lose, being pre-menstrual

Last week l lost 3 lbs and got slimmer of the week l was more than chuffed-really didnt expect that one!!

I've stayed the same which is better than gaining I suppose.

glad you got my message hun, l am hoping to shift 1.5 at weigh in this week as then that will be my stone off, but like you said still 3 more to go before l get the stone off on this challenge!

yeah sorry i didnt reply to any texts at the weekend, was so busy driving and watching the boys or meeting cousins i hadnt seen since I was about 5 !!!
