You dont have to tell anyone, maybe write it down, but also I dont mind if you wanna pm me so you dont forget, totally up to you... cos thats a good habit of mine LOL!!!!

I have had a really rubbish day !!!! binged big time after being good for 3 weeks !!!!!

I had a hard day today, cos it was my parents 40th wedding anniversary & we all went to my parents house for dinner.

She did a huge roast, Beef, Lamb & Chicken (I only had Beef & Lamb lol) I know I should have had chicken but the beef & lamb looked too good

I had every single veg you could imagine, but I was sort of good, I only had a little bit of gravy.

But the worse bit was pudding, my Mum made especially for me & my brother, chocolate sponge with home made chocolate sauce, like she used to when we were kids, how the hell could I refuse that LMAO

I will be extra good tomorrow, I promise Wink

oh dear Lizz, but our Mums cooking/baking is always so hard to resist isnt it?
l done real crap today too, not feeling well for a start and l also baked a coffee cake which l LOVE!!! tut tut hopefully Graham will eat most of it though!

I have been naughty too!!

We had Fish and Chips for dinner the other night - and we have had visitors and they have home-made cakes, slices and cookies!!

But I have only had a bit of cake, slice and cookies - nowhere as much as I used to eat, cos like I said, I really can't be bothered, but I was being 'polite'.... Laughing

Tess, I LOVE Coffee Cake too - That is something I would DEFO want to eat!! - What iciing did you put on?

Only time I get hungry is late at night - after I have had some medication., Does anyone else get hungry at night?? - What do you eat? That time is my downfall for defo.

l made coffee flavour icing to go on top and it is sooooooo yummy!!!
l always get hungry at night and eat biscuits, thats my downfall-l would love to know what l can have thats sweet(l have such a sweet tooth)at night!

I always weigh myself naked. As long as I'm home obviously LOL. Your clothes weight shit loads. I once weighed myself in Tesco on one of them big machines and as soon as I got home, I weighed myself again to check my scales were accurate (they were). Then I took all my clothes off and weighed myself again. The difference was 7lb!!

I struggled a bit yesterday cuz all I wanted to do was eat biscuits (got a load free from work) but I managed to stop myself. I had a pot of low fat rice pudding instead!

I've been a saint today. Just gotta get through the night lol.

Tess, why don't you buy some WW cookies. They're nice and a few less calories and grams of fat than normal cookies. I've bought some as my daily treat. It's a great afternoon snack with my cuppa!

l am thinking(yes just thinking at the moment)about joining up SW, so would l still be able to eat WW foods on that diet? l think it shouldnt be a prob.
l actually have a packet of WW cookies in the house and they are really yummy.
In regards to weighing with clothes on, l did just that the other day and was shocked to see it put about 5 lbs on!

yeah you can Tess... cos they are lower in syns as its low fat foods etc....

you can eat whatever you fancy really... in moderation cos you just syn for it !

I had a orange ice lolly tonight and only 2.5 syns Smile

You can check every food online once you are a member and they give you the password, but also you can buy a slimming world directory for £6.99 and it lists thousands of foods, free of syned etc... new one was out last week, Mum got one !

I think here in Oz we only wear light clothes, so they don't weigh that much!! - If you wear the same thing you had on when you were weighed it'll show up the same!!

I was naughty last night - I had a small bowl of Crisps cos I couldn't sleep!!

I think we always get the munchies in the middle of the night, cos the body releases some hormones or sommatt. There IS a proper reason, I am sure! - and not jus cos we are greedy Laughing

The thing is, if I didn't have to take the medication I have to take, I doubt I'd be hungry at 3am either. Cos like I said, I am not into food much at the moment!!

Does anyone like Cottage Cheese? - I like that to snack on, cos it's low in fat and protein so if fills you up a little! Smile

Dudes, dieting is hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well done you for all trying so well!! xxxx
