I got new scales, so hoping these will be more accuarate, but i am going to be honest, i have been bad this week :O

Well I think I've said on another thread somewhere that I was bad at the weekend and good through the week but could have been better.

I know I shouldn't have but I weighed myself this morning and I'm a pound heavier. I'm totally gutted. You never know, it might be off by the morning cuz I've been good today lol.

I lost 2lb! YAY new scales though so could be different to others, but the true reading will show next week.

I started at 14.2 and now 13.12 and a quarter so its good news. I like my new scales hehe!

Well Im very happy today, I lost another 2lb. Its coming off slowly but Im happy with that. Just goes to show that since coming off the pill its been easier to lose the weight.

So are we starting a new challenge as from today, seeing as Tasha has won

I weighed the same this morning so put a pound on which I'm so not impressed about.

I'm not feeling great today with the stress of my Nan being ill and I just wanna stuff my face! I'm not going to though but I can't guarantee I won't drink alcohol tonight!!!
