need a miracle di, got too much going on here right now and not been focused to be honest

I havent weighed this week. Cos I was ill & have been feeling really bloated & havent been eating properly I thought it was pointless. So Im having a week off lol
I will weigh again this saturday though

im dreading my WW weigh in tomorrow, im currently 4.5 points over in the minus LOL! I know its not much but if Im not 100% or better then I always gain !
