The New year 2010 - Slimmer of the Month

Who wants to join in?? Who needs to shed some lbs??



I'll start it on Monday January 4th, to let you get over your new year celebrations

All you have to do is weigh in on the Slimmer of the month section , giving your loss or gain each week, you dont have to give me your actual weight, but make a note of your start weight incase you lose track.

I will add your details on a chart and on Monday 1st February, the person that has lost the most weight will receive a special reward to go in their signature.

me too, already on my way but will still be going by next summer i reckon till i reach my target!

i have decided to start again in ernest in the new year as I have a few meals out etc before then and don't like doing it half heartedly !

I will have Xma day and boxing day off, but wont go mad like I usually do... the nice stuff is already in the cupboards and it isnt tempting me at all

thats good, wish i could say the same - ha ha !!
