Please let me know if you are interested in joiing the next challenge. Maybe it will give the motivation for those of us that need a boost !! ( like me after a bad weekend lol)

I will also need to know which day you weigh in on, so I can keep tabs on the progress chart.

From Today until Sunday 15th , make a note of your start weight, write it down somewhere, or pm it to me if you think you'll forget lol...

From Monday 16th to Sunday 22nd, will be Week 1 for the first weight loss results.

I think you are all great JUST for trying - so don't beat yourself up about how hard it is. I know a lot of people who wouldn't even try cos it's so hard!! I think you are all fab for what you are doing!!

good luck everyone, i am strugglingh to get back on track and haven't been able to exercise this week with my mum and dad being away and tomorrow i am giving blood so have to miss my combat class too but i really want to try again, can you all please kick me up the bum ? ta !
