I have been soooooooooo bad this past week that I was too scared to weigh yesterday and today !! LOL

I think ill give it a miss this week or it will only depress me more and make me eat more LOL! !!!!

hi girls sorry i havent been about, having terrible problems computer wise and have been so busy i havent been about.
I havent forgotten about you all or the challenge.

Well done to Tracey and Tess at least it was only 1/2 a pound.

I weighed this week and lost 4lb.
I am losing every week still and really pleased with myself.

well done Tasha, that is great yet again. You are doing so well and are an inspiration to us all.
l gave myself a week off last week(l planned that the morning of my birthday-my birthday pressie to myself!!LOL)so l was expecting a much bigger gain that that, so l was very pleased.

I gained 2lbs this week.
I only have myself to blame lol I couldn't resist an apple turnover from the bakers & then an ice-cream after school PMSL

gonna tried really hard this week to at least lose the 2lb I put on

LOL aw bless, what you have to remember though is i am so much bigger than you so thats why i am still losing it, i am lucky that everyweek i lose between 3 and 5lb.

Ok here is what i eat a day

Two slices of brown/wholemeal seeded bread with marmite and either a glass of fresh orange or milk.

Lunch is either a wholemeal roll or sandwich with chicken, turkey or ham and sometimes salad all depends what i fancy, a mini scotch egg, sausage roll or even a pork pie (small) and a packet of crisps ie french fries.

Then for dinner i have a ready made meal from either marks or sainsbury depends what they have in lol, i have some bread with it too. About an hour later i will have either yogurts or a weight watchers choc pud.

There you go thats it really x

Whats for day 2?? hahahahaha only joking Very Happy

I think you are doing great, i know you are bigger BUT I am getting bigger and bigger because I just cant stop myself eating the nice stuff !! and then i end up binging the rest of the day because I had one wrong thing !!
since last summer Ive gained another stone, although i lost 3.5 stone few years ago... almost 2 have crept back on !!!

Also I have been trying since I was 16 to control my weight and its taking its toll !!!!.......

Hey dudes!

So sorry I've been awol these last few weeks.

I know I'll have to wait til the next challenge starts but just wanted to check in.

Well done to everyone that's lost. For those that are struggling, you know I'm with you!!

I've actually lost 6lb lately but only because I've been ill. The doc thinks I have stress induced IBS. I had it on and off for about a month with the last couple of weeks of June being really bad. Things haven't been too bad for the last week and I've been able to eat more and I'm not in pain. I've wanted chocolate due to the time of the month as well so I've probably put some back on!! I'm not gonna weigh myself til next weekend now and will let you know!

I'm so desperate to lose more cuz I'm not looking very nice. I saw a pic of the back of me last Friday and was so upset by the state of me!

as I was at my cousins wedding yesterday & I got extremely drunk & also she had a massive chocolate fountain. I felt I was being rude if I turned it down LMAO Very Happy
