OMG I want to Cry!!!

Earlier today I got a piano from a gold box! after trying for a gold box beforehand and getting a bangle!
So I spent 1000 coins, and had none left...

Then ever since the game has not loaded for me until now!!

NO PIANO AND NO COINS!! What is going on

I was soooooooooooooo excited to get a piano ive been hoping for one for months and now its gone and it stole my money

did u save before leaving ? I think the best is when u have something nice out of a box u save immidiatly.
I know there has been some problems as I read so on the forum , so if I was u I would complain u might get a new piano who knows

oh no di thats really bad. really hope you get your piano back and i just hope when i go there now that none of my stuff has disappeared. I never save the game before i leave.. maybe i should start doing so now!

the saving option is new cos of things happening like this.
these kind of things happened to me before too but I was never bothered cos it was red boxes lol

I think it's very wise to send them an email...you never know!
Sometimes strange things like this happen..same with the goldenMB I bought a couple of days ago I had pink dotted wallpaper in it and hung it in my bathroom, and the system crashed. Next day I found a Golden MB in my chest with ...pink dotted wallpaper, but the other one was still in my bathroom ( I trade it now, so it's gone lol) so my box cloned...
you never know Di, they might send u your piano anyway!!!

i found the save buton last week, its one of the icons on top Right of the page where you can turn sound off its the one with a pic of a disk on

ooh you lucky bunnies!

when you don't use the save button, you run the risk of your last action getting lost, and that's a bummer when you just send someone a lovely present or whatever!
