What are you currently reading?

Just thought i'd be nosey and see what we're all reading at the mo! I've got a couple of books on the go at the moment, so as well as getting stuck into Stephenie Meyer 'New Moon', i'm also reading a David Icke book about events on 9/11 and very interesting it is too..... the governments are all lying to us!!! Be afraid LOL!!

Im currently reading a book that Mum has lent me that her friend had lent her LOOOOOOOL!... Called Marley and Me, about life bringing up a Labrador thats meant to be really good and funny (if your a dog owner lol). just up my street..

ooh i've heard very good things about that book so its on my list to read, even if it supposed to make you cry as well as laugh! Its also a movie now isnt it!?

well I had started a couple of weeks ago " can you keep a secret" from sophie Kinsella and finally picked it up again and finished it today.
I ll let u guys know what book I ll start next, I have a couple of books in english waiting for me wich I got from Santa and also from Boris brothers wife who is american and left me a few nice books wich she had allready read.

did you enjoy "can you keep a secret" Elisa? l love that book, have you read the others in the series? they are my all time faves.

Im just a slow starter cos im too tired to read when i finally get time then i fall asleep LOL!

I have read the first 3 of the shopeholic series aswell still need to read the rest, they are ace !

anyone seen the film clip for the new shopaholic film?? i'm a big fan of the books but the clip i saw just seemed wrong and not as i imagined it! probably on youtube if you go hunting!

I finally got myself to read the cronicals of Narnia
I have it for ages now, but never read it, I haven't seen any movie either and I don't want to.
but....as I have all the titles in one book, the book is unhandy...it's even bigger tahn a bible lol...and I can't snoggle up with my book in bed.

yes l saw the shopaholic clip on youtube a few days ago, but l still think the book will be better!!

i loved the narnia books too and read them when i was younger, and more recently too and they still stand the test of time!! I was also addicted to the Mallory Towers books when i was younger and so wanted to go to boarding school so i could be just like them lol!!

I've now finished New Moon and am already 200 odd pages into Eclipse - they just keep getting better and i cant wait for all the films that will surely follow lol!!!

Eclipse has now been finished (another super fab book!) so i'm just waiting now to borrow Breaking Dawn from a friend!

so in the meantime i'm reading The Wyrd Sisters by Terry pratchett

and i've now read Breaking Dawn so thats the whole set of 4 books all read now - and i cant wait to read them all over again!!!!!!

Just got Remember Me - sophie kinsella from a local charity shop so look forward to reading that!

you put me to shame with all this reading !! captain underpants 2 with leon will be my limit this weekend !!

what else can i do when i cant sleep lol!!! i like the sound of capt underpants 2 though - enjoy!!

captain underpants is stupidly funny and leon enjoys them so it makes reading more fun for him !

karen have you started readin remember me yet? l loved that book, and also borrowedit from my library.
l've just started reading the xmas factor. l did start it just after christmas but somehow couldnt get into it, so l'm giving it another go!

I've read "winternacht" from Arnaldur indridason last weekend and I'm in the middle of "maandagskinderen"from the same author. I don't know the english titles as they are often different than a direct translation. ( that would be winternight and mondaychildren)
I had a huge backache last week that kept me at home for a few days and I couldnt do much more than reading watching telly and playing PS lol.
Everythings ok now btw.
I just love his books you dive straight into it and youre catched, and until the last chapter you haven't got a clue who done it...without beeing bored the rest of the book. Even I know his style and he's giving a couple of clues, there's always a mysterious twist in the and that I haven't thought of,
well that might have to do with me too lol

Ooo Marley and Me is a wonderful book! .. funny, sad, heartwarming,

I had the kleenex to hand the whole way through the book hehehe
