I gained 1 today ! But I had a lot and I mean alot of bread/rolls at the weekend for my nans 100th weekend, where we were travelling etc... then a chinese sunday too !!! ooops haha

already done lots of walking and cycling today to make up for it

as you know 4lbs on for me this week due to being away from work and eating crap and much more than usual and doing no exercise, time to get back on track this week !!

anyone else got their results from last week?????

Just letting everyone know ive given up! I just not in the right frame of mind at the moment, its hard dieting when you have depression well done to those who lost xx
